What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a solution focused, client based, fixed term relationship structured to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.
You can use the time to realize a dream, rebalance your life or make a change that might be hard to do on your own.
You may not even know where you want to be but you just have a sense that you've drifted off track and there's got to be more to life than this.
It's easy to end up accepting our limitations and settling for less than we hoped for but change is possible and with help it can be achieved resulting in your self-confidence and self-esteem rising.
How it works
A period of life coaching can be the most efficient way to identify what needs harmonizing in your life and how to go about realizing your dreams. You will inevitably learn more about yourself and your focus in life with the potential to increase happiness and reduce stress.
A common misconception about coaching is that the coach's role is to tell you what to do by setting the agenda themselves.
The opposite is the case - you will be the one to generate the goals, I will help with defining them and the motivation to achieve them.
Time will be spent discovering what your aims, ambitions and strengths are and then you will decide what actions you want to take.
I will be there to offer vital support and encouragement during the process and suggest new ways to take action you might not have thought of. You may even be encouraged to set your sights even higher than you might have on your own.
